Master Community Work Permit

Guidelines for Applying for the Work Permit and Heavy Vehicle Pass:

  • The application must be filled out and stamped exclusively by the main contractor and submitted to SOAMS via the web portal.
  • ONLY system-generated PDF files will be accepted. Editable forms can be downloaded from the section below.
  • The maximum duration for a work permit is one month. Renewal applications can be submitted 2-3 days prior to the permit’s expiration.
  • The maximum duration for a heavy vehicle pass is provided on a weekly basis. Renewal for the same can be submitted 1-2 days prior to the Pass expiration.
  • The application must be submitted 2-3 days prior to the start of work, between 09:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday on official working days only.
  • By signing and stamping this permit application, I/we hereby accept full liability for any damages to DSC property and assets resulting from the execution of the approved work or activity.
  • In the event of any breaches of HSSE guidelines or regulations set by DSC or local authorities, DSC reserves the right to revoke the permit and/or issue a violation fine.
  • Heavy vehicle entry is permitted between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, excluding school rush hours (7:00 am – 9:00 am and 12:45 pm – 3:15 pm).
  • A heavy vehicle is defined as any truck weighing 3 tons or more, including those with trolley attachments, trailers, flatbeds, and similar equipment.
