A Home Modification No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required for any alterations, improvements, or modifications to your property. This NOC must be issued by the Dubai Sports City (DSC) Master Developer.
To apply for the Home Modification NOC, please follow these steps:
- Download the Home Modification Application Form.
- Complete the form with all necessary details.
- Submit the completed form along with all required documents (in hard copy) and the applicable fees to the SOAMS Office.
Pages to be Signed:
- Page 1 – Homeowner signature.
- Page 7 – Homeowner and Contractor Signatures.
Required Documents from the Homeowner:
- Copy of the title deed.
- Copy of a valid ID (either Passport or Emirates ID).
Required Documents from the Contractor:
- Copy of a valid trade license.
- Stamped detailed drawings (A3 size) showing both the existing and proposed plans. Ensure the title block includes the client’s, villa’s, and contractor’s details.
Fees:
Refundable Security Deposit: An AED 20,000 security cheque addressed to Dubai Sports City LLC. The cheque will not be cashed and will be returned upon completion of the work.
Administrative Fees for the NOC: To be determined based on the scope of work. The homeowner will receive an invoice following the review by the DSC Design Department.
